The Gerber Covert Auto is an evolution of the Applegate-Fairbairn folder with the addition of fast automatic action at the press of a button. It has an over-sized release button for easy deployment even with gloves. A front mounted safety engages in both the open and closed positions for secure carry and use. The Covert features aluminum scales with grip enhancing grooves and stainless liners to assure the rigidity of the handle. Its removable deep carry clip allows convenient and discreet carry.
