 This is a Koppa of Mikawa Chu Nagura and is basically as a sword polishing item. We bought it from a new supplier who is a wholesaler of tools in Kyoto, and they sell Nagura as a maintenance item along with their tools. They had purchased a certain lot from Mikawa miners in the past, and kindly allocate some inventory  for us.
